This project, situated in Geneiva’s Arroyo, an undeveloped property south of Lowell Elementary School, offers a unique opportunity. The site, a long and narrow expanse of 4.8 acres of unvegetated land with a 4-6% slope from east to west, could serve as a vital link. It could connect the bike lanes on University Blvd and the bike routes on Buena Vista Drive, creating a green corridor. This initiative, with its potential to enhance connectivity and promote sustainable transportation, is a testament to our collective vision and commitment.

Stakeholders include Albuquerque Public School officials, Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority, local food organizations, Albuquerque Housing Authority, CABQ Hydrology, and the City’s Assistant Forester
